Avocado Power Toast

Yay! I’ve got a new toast for you to try for breakfast!

I don’t know if I agree with all the ingredients of this recipe. I don’t like pears and I don’t like honey. I used apples instead because apples are always better than pears. The end result was alright. It wasn’t my favorite. I think the flavors were a little too weird for me.

Cinnamon Toast (and ice cream)

This did not turn out how I expected. What I tried to do was make this delicious thing my mom makes when she has extra pie dough. My mom makes pies every Thanksgiving. After she’s done, she takes the extras, spreads out the dough over a baking sheet and sprinkles cinnamon and sugar on top. It’s really good and it’s like a flaky cinnamon pastry chip. What I made was not like that because I am lazy.

Evening Toast

This is a great snack to have at any time of the day. I chose to have Brie and apple toast as a late night snack. I kind of thought of this combination myself. Although, the recipe has an inspiration.

To Leaf or Not to Leaf

This week I was thinking about trying to do something with vegetables. If you’re like me and every other person in America, then you probably find yourself thinking sometimes: I don’t think I’ve eaten a vegetable in quite some time. Then you look at your phone and see a video of a turtle eating a piece of lettuce and think: Wow, he is really going to town on that piece of lettuce. I wonder what it feels like to have such unbridled joy over a piece of lettuce. This turtle knows the secret to life that’s for sure.
